- Build client relationships for consistent care.
- Keep therapy rooms and shared spaces clean and professional.
- Team up with our front desk for smooth scheduling.
Qualifications: To succeed as a Licensed Massage Therapist, you need:
- Valid Virginia Massage Therapy License (Required).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Great communication and client-focused skills.
- Reliability and a team-oriented mindset.
Compensation Structure: As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you’ll earn:
- Extras: Tips
- Extras: Commissions on enhancements
- Potential Earnings: Full-time Licensed Massage Therapists can make $61,250+/year; top earners hit $91,000+.
